Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

A: Due to being a small business with limited stock and high sale volume, at this time we do not allow returns/refunds. If there is a problem with your order or purchase please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right Thank you for your understanding.

Q: WHAT IF MY ITEM COMES DAMAGED?

A: Every item goes through extensive quality checks before being packaged however accidents do happen. Please contact us via email and we will do our best to make it right for you! 

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: Once you place an order and a tracking label is created, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please contact us and we will be able to assist you.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

A: Due to delays in manufacturing and everything going on in the world, it's hard to promise an exact time. But, we are estimating 1-5 days.

Q: I NEED RUSH SHIPPING, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

A: Please reach out to us if you need to rush shipping. This may entail paying extra for expedited shipping costs.

Q: Can you sponsor me?

A: As of now, we do not have an ambassador program. Although, please keep a lookout on social media because we do have a program being planned!
